Laura Aixut López (Barcelona, 1997) is a predoctoral researcher in the Department of Humanities at Pompeu Fabra University, where she earned her BA in Humanities and her MA in World History.
Her research explores the relationship between power and citizenship during the Restoration period, focusing on the institutional management of the female voices that were beginning to project themselves into the public sphere through both word and action.
Her fields of interest lie at the intersection of political and institutional history and social and cultural history, employing gender history as a fundamental analytical framework.
