GameSquare won second place in the UPF Hacklab Awards, it was selected as one of the 6 Spanish start up finalists in the EO GLOBAL STUDENT ENTREPENEUS Awards in Spain 2018 and is currently in the final stages of the Magis Teams incubation programme which selected them out of more than 70 projects from all over Europe. Recently, they also participated in the first edition of the UPF Start Up Showcase. 

Currently, the team is made up of Gerard Jané (CEO and third-year student of Political Sciences), Jaume Jané (CTO and graduate in Telecommunications Engineering from UPC) and Martín Simón (CFO and third-year student of International Business Economics).
