On December 12, 2018, the Board of Directors of the Doctorate School approved the proposal raised by the Doctorate in Law Academic Committee and agreed to grant:

• The IX Extraordinary Doctorate in Law Award to Ivó Coca Vila, author of the thesis "La Colisión de deberes en Derecho penal. Concepto y fundamentos de solución”, co-directed by Dr. Jesús María Silva Sánchez and Dr. Ricardo Robles Planas.

• The X Extraordinary Doctorate in Law Award to Marta Olivella Pedrola, author of the thesis “Empleo Público y flexiseguridad: un cambio de paradigma en las relaciones laborales” directed by Dr. Júlia López López.
