GRECC researchers are faculty members of the Offcial Master's Degree in Food Safety, 2023-2024
Our researchers are part of this Master organized by the Autonomous University of Barcelona, the University of Barcelona, Pompeu Fabra University, and the Catalunya Public Health Agency.
On September 18, at the Torribera Food Campus, the 2024-2024 edition of the Master in Food Safety was presented.
Outstanding members of the GRECC Research Group, who are part of the aforementioned Master's faculty, participated in the presentation: Dr. Manel Palencia, coordinator of the GRECC Research Group, Dr. Sergi Cortiñas, Dr. Irene Da Rocha Fort, and Dr. researcher Bertran Salvador i Mata.
The members of our group will be responsible for teaching the courses corresponding to the third term of the Master's program: Communication Techniques in Food Safety, Communicative Analysis of Food crises in History, and Social Perception of Food Science and Technology.
