Maria Dolors Cañada Pujols is senior lecturer in the Department of Translation and Language Sciences at UPF. She graduated in Romance Philology (1985), PhD in French language and literature (UAB, 1994) and an MA in Education and ICT by the UOC (2009).

Her research focuses on the processes of learning foreign languages ​​in the classroom, with special attention to promoting the autonomy of learners and is coauthor of the method of teaching French "C'est la vie!" published by Santillana (Madrid) and Clé International (Paris) publishers. Actively involved in various training programs in the field of teaching French as a foreign language (FLE).
