Islet Regulome Browser

The Islet Regulome Browser is a web tool that allows fast access and exploration of pancreatic islet regulatory genomics data produced by different labs worldwide. Integration and visualization of a wealth of information including GWAS variants, state and tissue-specific regulatory elements, 3D chromatin structure data and TF binding sites, may assist the interpretation of regulatory networks driving tissue-specific transcription and guide the identification of functional regulatory variants.
