Against this resolution, which exhausts the administrative channels, the interested parties may file a lawsuit before the labor courts of Barcelona within two months from the day following the publication of this resolution on the website of the Pompeu Fabra University. However, the interested parties may file an appeal for reconsideration before the body that issued it, within one month from the day following its publication
