Comparative Evidence Law a la Stanford Law School

From 28 March to 29 April, Professors Joan Picó Junoy and Juan Antonio Andino López gave a course on Comparative Evidence Law at Stanford Law School with students from seven nationalities,invited by Professors George Fisher and David A. Sklansky. The content of this course will be taught in the next editions of our Master in European and Global Law. In addition, they conducted research on Virtual Justice in the post-COVID-19 era.
