On June 19, the third honorary doctorate was awarded to prof. Ricardo 
Robles, professor of Criminal Law at UPF, in the University of Chiclayo (Peru).
In addition, he was granted the title of honorary professor to prof. Ivo Coca
Vila, prof. Criminal Law at UPF.
