            The conference will be given within the framework of the Financial Markets Law course, and will deal with the following aspects: Organization of the insurance market, the figure of the insured, the insured risk, insurance entities, insurance intermediaries, the insurance contract and the General Directorate of Insurance and Pension Funds (DGSFP). Both speakers are specialized in Insurance Law and have extensive experience in advising insurance and reinsurance entities, in regulatory and contractual aspects as well as in all types of corporate restructuring operations, having advised in many of the most important alliances in the sector of bancassurance carried out in Spain in recent years.
