Bonshoms Guzmán, Jordi

Graduate in Criminology and Public Prevention Policies from the UPF. He completed the Master in Global Criminology at the University of Utrecht (Netherlands) and the PhD programme in Sociology at the University of Leeds (UK). His doctoral thesis analyses the new cycle of real estate speculation that began after the 2008 financial crisis in Spain and the new social movements in defence of the right to housing that opened a new cycle of contentious politics. He has also co-directed two surveys on the rental market in the framework of research projects funded by the European Council.
