Tania Reneaum Panszi is a Mexican jurist. She has a Law degree from the Universidad Centroamericana Jose Simeon Cañas in El Salvador. A Master degree in Criminal Law and Compared Social Problems from the University of Barcelona (2002-2003) and a Master degree in Law from the University Pompeu Fabra (2008-2009). In 2014 she obtained the PhD in Law for the thesis ¿Se debe obligar a declarar a las mujeres? Una aportación criminológica a la discusión sobre la dispensa de las víctimas de violencia en la pareja a declarar en el proceso penal [¿Should women be obliged to declare?
