Rocío González Velázquez has a Law degree from the National Autonomous University of Mexico (2009 ), Diploma in Gender and Public Policy from the Latin American Faculty of Social Sciences ( FLACSO, Mexico) (2012) and a Masters degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice System from UPF, UAB and UdG (2013 ). She is currently working on her PhD Tesis at the Department of Law of UPF with a scholarship from the National Council of Science and Technology of Mexico (CONACYT).
