Ariadna Cordal García has a degree in Audiovisual Communication by Universidade de Vigo and a Masters in Contemporary Film and Audiovisual Studies by Universitat Pompeu Fabra, where she is a doctoral candidate working on visual motifs related to nature and technology in contemporary cinema. She is also part of the CINEMA research group as a predoctoral research trainee having received an FPU grant from the Ministry of Universities and collaborates on the research project “Football and visual culture under francoism: discourses of class, gender and national construction in cinema, newsreels and the press 1939-1975”.
