As a final-year student of the Biomedical Engineering Degree at Universitat Pompeu Fabra (UPF), I have developed a strong interest in neuroscience and artificial intelligence. I joined the NTSA group in 2023 as part of an internship. During this experience, I used the data provided by My Seizure Gauge Challenge to study the relationship between multi-day cycles and seizure likelihood. Following the internship, I continued my involvement with the group to develop my Bachelor’s Thesis. This thesis is a collaboration between the Institute of Photonic Sciences (ICFO), the Vall d'Hebron Institute of Research (VHIR) and UPF. The main goal of it is to apply nonlinear signal analysis techniques to analyze intracranial pressure signals obtained with a novel non-invasive device.
