FAIREY, MADELEINE GERTRUD

Madeleine Fairey is a Biomedical Engineering student at Universitat Pompeu Fabra, currently completing her Bachelor’s degree. She participated in the Neural Engineering Summer School in 2025, strengthening her interest in neural systems and computational approaches to the brain. Her work and academic interests lie at the intersection of engineering, ethics, philosophy, and the study of the mind. She is currently conducting her Bachelor’s thesis within the NTSA research group under the supervision of Professor Ralph G. Andrzejak, focusing on epilepsy research through the analysis of subcutaneous EEG (sqEEG) data.
