Elections to bachelor’s degree programme delegates
- The role of the delegate is fundamental, acting as a vehicle for student participation and contributing to improving relations with the University teaching staff and governing bodies. Your say is important! Participation starts in the classroom.
- All students enrolled in any official undergraduate degree at Pompeu Fabra University are eligible to vote and to stand for election.
- Each cohort or group (depending on the study) can have two delegates.
- If there are one or two candidates, delegates are declared directly. Voting will not be held in cases in which the number of candidates is equal to or less than the number of places to be filled.
- If there are three or more candidates in a cohort or group, electronic elections will be held.
- The office of delegate will be held from the moment of their election until the following elections are held.
Elections to doctoral programme delegates
- All doctoral students enrolled in a doctoral programme at Pompeu Fabra University are eligible to vote and to stand for election.
- Generally speaking, each doctoral programme has one delegate.
- Voting will not be held in cases in which the number of candidates is equal to or less than the number of places to be filled. In this case, the candidates standing for election will be declared elected candidates.
- If there are three or more candidates on a doctoral programme, electronic elections will be held.
- The office of delegate will be held from the moment of their election until the following elections are held, except when the status of representative is lost beforehand.
