Tenure Track Assistant Professor position in Demography and Population Health (REF. POL-TTPT-2025-01).

Candidates should have a research profile in the areas of health inequalities, mortality and/or ageing trajectories, with a strong background in quantitative research methods and transnational comparative research. Additional lines of research will be valued such as biodemographical health patterns, gender differences in health and mortality, methodological challenges in estimating healthy life expectancy indicators, statistical methods with special emphasis on mortality and global health models. Candidates should also have experience working with complex data sets containing missing data, ideally related to demographic components, and strong programming skills.
