PhD in Medieval Cultures (University of Barcelona, 2024) with a background in Archaeology and Archaeometry. She joins the Department of Humanities at Universitat Pompeu Fabra and the CGM research group as a postdoctoral researcher within the ERC project IslandLives: Interdisciplinary Approaches to Material Culture, Colonialism and Everyday Life in the Caribbean (1492–1804).

Her academic career has focused on ceramic production and trade in the late medieval and early modern ages, with particular attention to the archaeometric characterization of ceramics. Her doctoral dissertation explored ceramic production centres in the Kingdom of Seville between the 15th and 18th centúries (Tecnolonial project) She has participated in several national and international research projects and completed a research stay at the National Center for Scientific Research “Demokritos” (Greece).

She has professional archaeological fieldwork experience in urban and rural sites in Catalonia, the Balearic Islands, and the Arabian Peninsula. Her current research also incorporates digital tools for 3D documentation, modelling and visualisation of archaeological ceramics.
