Núria Almiron, co-director of UPF-CAE, has participated in the volume Meatsplaining. The Animal Agriculture Indistry and the Rhetoric of Denial (edited by Jason Hanna) with the chapter "Meat taboo: Climate change and the Eu meat lobby". The book is published by Sidney University Press and will be available from 1st October 2020.
