Saman Choudary is a PhD candidate from the Department of Communication UPF. Graduated in Environmental Science from International Islamic University (Pakistan), MPhil in Strategic and Nuclear Studies from National Defense University (Pakistan) and Master's Degree in Protection against CBRNe Events from University of Rome Tor Vergata (Italy). Her interests and lines of research are emergency communication, CBRN terrorism and CBRNe events management. The title of her thesis project is "Building National Risk Communication Capacities for Health Emergencies: Analysis of COVID-19 Pandemic in the Age of Web 2.0".
