Eloi Camps Durban is a PhD candidate from the Department of Communication of UPF. He is a
journalist and communicator, graduated in Cultural communication from Universitat de Girona
and Master’s Degree in Humanities from Universitat Oberta de Catalunya. His research
interests include the history of the press and journalism, local communication and alternative
media. His thesis is on the local cooperative press in Catalonia.
