She holds a Phd in History of Science from the UAB, a Degree in Biology and Philosophy from the UB, a master's degree in Scientific Communication from the UPF, a postgraduate degree in Professional Pharmacology and Bioethics and Quality of Life from the UB, and a postgraduate degree in Chinese Society and Culture for the UOC.

She has worked in biomedical research in several pharmaceutical multinationals. Since 2004, she has been the top scientific communication technician attached to the UPF Rector's Office.
