Un Gomet Vermell

Imatge inicial

The aim of Un Gomet Vermell is to raise funds to help the NGO Pallapupas, which works to fight the loneliness and fear of children and young people admitted to hospitals in Catalonia.

Un Gomet Vermell was born as a solidary crowdfunding campaign from the minds of Roger Cuartilles, Mireia Rom (journalism graduated and Humanities students at UPF), Glòria Macià (Biomedical engineer at UPF) and Sergi Macià (Electronic Engineer at UPC).

The main aim of this project is to recollect funds for the NGO Pallapupes, who are working with Catalan hospitalized children to help them overcome their loneliness and fears. Ultimately, Un Gomet Vermell is promoting these activities and supporting the clown organization.

To do so, they designed a web to promote the NGO’s work, in wich explains the project in detail and will give the user the possibility to help fund the project using a in web widget. A Periodic graphics publication will allow users to understand where their money is going, and how the NGO is distributing the funded money on their activities.

To spread the initiative and encourage user’s participation, Un Gomet Vermell has created a coloring book to distribute to Catalan hospitals, and a couple of promotional videos that will approach people to the insides of Pallapupes organization.
