Qualifications review

Students have the right to a review of their grade with the lecturer responsible for the subject. This review will be on the date and at the time indicated by the lecturer responsible for the subject when delivering the provisional grades. Students will be informed of the result by means of its inclusion in their file once the record is closed.

Against the final grade, whether they have exercised or not their right set out in the previous paragraphs, students can lodge an appeal addressed to the director of the department responsible for the university master’s degree, within five calendar days from the date of publication of the final records. Within a period of five calendar days after the deadline for submission of the appeal, a committee previously appointed by the director of the department of the university master’s degree will settle the appeal. Before issuing this settlement, the committee must hear the lecturer responsible for the subject.

The settlement of the appeal shall be held to exhaust the administrative remedies.
