Registration is an academic procedure that students must complete each year during the periods established by the University. 

For the 2023-2024 academic year registration for the master’s degree was between 18 and 21 September.Students register online, via the master’s and doctoral degree registration website.

Registration fees are set according to the Decree on prices published annually by the Government of Catalonia, and students can pay in one or two instalments if they set up a direct debit in a Spanish bank account or pay the amount at the time of registration by credit card.

Your task consists in...

• Holding tutorials with the students to agree to the subjects for which they must register according to the subjects of the curriculum of the syllabus offered and the students’ interests and knowledge (academic and linguistic skills). The verification report of each university master’s degree specifies the number and type of credits for which registration must be made each academic year (normally 60 credits full-time and 30 credits part-time). The tutorial with students is very important to minimize academic incidents caused by the difficulty in the follow-up of studies, changes to registration and dropping out of the studies. 
• Subject occupation control to ensure that at least ten students are registered.
