Students may withdraw their registration within a maximum period of two months from the date of registration.

In order to accept a withdrawal, the student must have paid the full amount of registration. Once their resignation has been accepted, academically it has the same effect as if the student had not registered. 

It is important to know that withdrawal of registration by the student will under no circumstances involve a refund of the amount paid therefor.

• If you receive a request for withdrawal, in addition to attending to the student to find out their reasons, you must refer them to your UGA to process the withdrawal.
