UPF Teams

• Being part of the UPF teams participating at the University Championships of Catalonia entitles the recognition of 2 credits.
• If also competing in the University Championships of Spain you will be able to obtain a further 1 credit. 
• You will have to attend 2 sessions of the Sports Workshop and have a favourable report issued by the coach. 

Individual sports

• Representing UPF in an individual sport at the University Championships of Catalonia entitles the recognition of 1 credits.
• If also competing in the University Championships of Spain you will be able to obtain a further 1 credit. 
• You will have to attend 2 sessions of the Sports Workshop.

​​UNIRUN

Students who participate in the Unirun race can incorporate credits.

• 8 training sessions with the adidas runners Barcelona group  + UNIRUN = 1 credit ECTS
• 16 training sessions with the adidas runners Barcelona group + UNIRUN = 2 credits ECTS
