The policy paper argues that today’s inequalities are not only economic, but also social, territorial, and health-related, and that they threaten social cohesion and democracy. The text argues that redistribution alone is not enough and proposes addressing the structural causes of inequality through better education, higher-quality jobs, territorial policies, access to housing, and investment in human capital in order to guarantee more inclusive growth and equal opportunities.
