1. Starting the process

Sign up for Campus Treball. If you have already done so, log in with your credentials.

- If you have completed the selection process outside Campus Treball.

If you already know the student who will do the internship, you must provide us with the data to manage the agreement, following these steps:

  1. Choose the internship offer board best adapted to your offer (the student must confirm that they have previously registered).

  2. Create the offer with the internship data and select “Direct mode” in assignment mode to indicate the student.

- If you have completed the selection process through an offer published in Campus Treball.

From the published internship offer, select the “Candidature management” option.

To assign an offer to a student, you must move their profile to the “Selected” tray, then click on the “Request an internship” option.

IMPORTANT!

In accordance with the UPF internships regulation, the Economic Commission of the Social Council of the UPF approved, on 13 July 2023, the charging system for collaborating entities for the organization of internships for the 2023-2024 academic year.

Each agreement has a cost of €60/month, with a minimum billing of €240. In the case of agreement extensions, the amount is €70/month extra.

Check all the details about the costs for the organizations and development of the internships of UPF students.

Managing the agreement requires approximately one week.

2. Validating the internship

Once the Career Services has reviewed the internship data, validation will be requested from the student and the organisation. Finally, the university will review and validate it, if necessary, within a week.

You will be able to start the internship, according to the planned start date, as long as the university has validated it.

3. Signature process

Once the agreement has been validated by the university, we will send you, the organisation and the student the documentation by email with the signature instructions.

Remember that it is very important to have the agreement signed by all parties on the first day of the internship.

4. Evaluating the internship

A few days before the student completes the internship, the tutor of the organisation will receive a survey to evaluate it. This information will be essential when evaluating student internships.
