Felicity Mangan

Felicity Mangan is an Australian artist and composer based in Berlin. Her research and artistic practice are primarily influenced by wetland biomes, waterways, and soils. She combines field recordings, electroacoustic composition, and electronic music techniques to create immersive, almost bioacoustic music using digital audio tools.

Her compositions have been presented in multichannel installations, live performances, site-specific works, and published releases. At +RAIN 2025 along with Merche Blasco, she presents an immersive electroacoustic performance where ecosystem sounds, generative biophonic textures, and custom-built instruments intertwine to imagine new forms of coexistence, symbiosis, and adaptation between animals, plants, and machines in times of ecological crisis.
