Tomas Rampula, born in 1977 in Prague, Czech Republic, is an artist with a profound commitment to creative exploration. Initially drawn to architecture, he studied at The CVUT Faculty of Architecture in Prague from 1996 to 1999. However, he soon realized his true calling lay beyond architecture.

In 2009, Tomas found his creative sanctuary at the Bezalel Academy of Arts and Design in Jerusalem, where he earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Screen Based Art from 2009 to 2013. His focus shifted to the fusion of architecture, sound, and space in installations and videos, exploring philosophical questions about emergence, technology, and perception.

Continuing his artistic evolution, Tomas pursued a Bachelor's degree at FAMU, the Film School of the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague, specializing in the Center for Audiovisual Studies, completing in 2020. He skillfully harnessed technology, incorporating game engines, photogrammetry, and CGI into his cinematic creations.

Tomas's enduring passion lies in expressing myths through everyday actions, a theme that imbues his work with a unique perspective. Currently, he is furthering his artistic journey through master's studies at FAMU, continuing to push creative boundaries.
