Boxa per a dones
The main goal of the course is to introduce boxing to beginners:
- The classes are designed for beginners as well as for those with no prior experience.
- One class per week.
- No direct contact/sparring/fights; this is reserved for higher levels.
- Promotion of personal development and self-defense through contact sports.
- Equipment (gloves) will be provided on site, it is not necessary to bring your own.
