The main goal of the course is to introduce boxing to beginners: 

  • The classes are designed for beginners as well as for those with no prior experience.
  • One class per week.
  • No direct contact/sparring/fights; this is reserved for higher levels.
  • Promotion of personal development and self-defense through contact sports.
  • Equipment (gloves) will be provided on site, it is not necessary to bring your own.
