Francesc López Seguí is an economist and holds a PhD Cum Laude in Biomedicine from the Universitat Pompeu Fabra. He has more than ten years of experience as a health economist and since October 2023 he has joined the Management Control Department of the Hospital de Mar.

Director of the Cátedra TIC Salud Social at UVic-UCC, a member of the board of the Catalan Society of Digital Health and a member of the Pharmacotherapeutic Commission of the Catalan Health Service.
