Manager of the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (UPC). Member of the Board of the Association of Economists of Catalonia. He has been among others: Deputy Director of the Catalan Health Service, of which he was also Economic Director, General Director of Monitoring and Evaluation of Stability and Growth Policies of the Generalitat de Catalunya, Member of the Board of Directors of the following public institutions: the Hospital Clínic i Provincial de Barcelona, SEM (Emergency Medical Service), the Catalan Institute of Health (ICS), and the Blood and Tissue Bank, Institute for the Evaluation of Public Policies (iVALUA).
