Associate Researcher of the Centre for Research in Health and Economics (CRES) and director of the Master in Pharma & Biotech Management at EADA Business School.

His main research interests are competition policy and the economics of the pharmaceutical sector. He has advised firms and regulators on the causes and consequences of drug shortages, drug pricing, evolution of sales of biosimilar drugs, hospital efficiency, the positioning of new anticoagulant drugs and indication-specific pricing.

He holds a PhD in Economics from Toulouse School of Economics (2013), a Master in Economics of Markets and Organizations from Toulouse School of Economics (2009), and a Master in Economics and Social Sciences from Bocconi University, Milan (2008). During his PhD he visited the Carlos III University of Madrid (2011) and Johns Hopkins University (2012).

Before joining CRES, he worked for one of the largest consultancies specialized in competition economics (RBB Economics) on mergers, cartels, damage claims, and abuse of dominant position cases in a variety of sectors (pharmaceutical, construction, minerals, automobiles, chemicals, telecommunications, transport) before the European Commission and under different national jurisdictions (United States, Spain, United Kingdom, France, Italy, South Africa).
