Doctor in Medicine and Surgery, Master in Public Health and specialist in preventive medicine and public health. Currently, WHO's advisor, responsible for clinical evaluation and health care services research at the Servei de Salut de les Illes Balears, member of the Institutional Technical Committee of  the Health Regions on Patient Safety, Ministry of Health, Social Services and Equality, and associate researcher at the Centre for Research in Economics and Health (CRES).
