Lecturer and researcher at the University of Lleida. Her research topics are related to economic evaluation in the context of public health technologies and programmes. She has published articles in national and international academic journals with high impact factor and books. She has participated in several European H2020 projects and national competitive and non-competitive projects. She is associate editor of the journal Value in Health and external reviewer of different scientific journals, such as: Health Policy, European Journal of Health Economics, BMC Health Services Research, Applied Health Economics and Health Policy, Clinical Rheumatology, Health Economics, etc. 

She was president of the Health Economics Association (AES) (2013-2014) and founding member of the European Health Economics Association (EuHEA) (2012-2014). She has been a member of the Pharmacotherapeutic Commission (CFT) of SISCAT and other drug-related commissions of Catsalut for 10 years and is a member of the Advisory Committee for the Financing of Pharmaceutical Provision of the Ministry of Health. He did his PhD at the Health Economics Research Group (HERG), Brunel University, in the UK, with a grant from the Medical Research Council. She holds a Master's degree in Applied Economics from the Universitat Pompeu Fabra and a Master's degree in Health Policy, Planning and Financing from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine and the London School of Economics. She holds a degree in Economics.
