From the 26th of June until the 5th of July, the Reinforcement Learning Summer School (RLSS) will take place at Pompeu Fabra University within the Department of Information and Communication Technologies (DTIC).

This will be the fourth edition of this international summer school, an event that brings together lecturers and researchers with the aim to provide an in-depth introduction to recent Reinforcement Learning (RL) techniques and algorithms. The RLSS is designed for MSc and PhD students that are conducting research related to reinforcement learning, an important area of machine learning. 

The summer school comprises lectures, tutorials, practical sessions, poster sessions and social activities.

The Erasmus Mundus joint master in Artificial Intelligence (EMAI) is an academic sponsor of the RLSS. On Wednesday the 5th of July, the EMAI programme will be presented during the community talks. The director of the program will informally introduce the main aspects of the master, including the consortium, specialisation tracks, mobility options, and financial aid.
