We are glad to announce that the EMAI programme will receive its first cohort next week.

With the EMAI Welcome Event 2023 taking place on the 13th and 14th of September, students will start a unique experience in the Department of Information and Communications Technologies at the UPF.

During the event, newcomers will be welcomed by UPF institutional members, as well as the EMAI Coordinator, Prof. Vicenç Gómez and the Local Coordinators from the EMAI Consortium: Prof.Massimo Mecella (Sapienza University of Rome), Prof. Stjepan Picek (Radboud University Nijmegen) and Prof. Zoran Bosnic (University of Ljubljana).

Prof. Olivier Pietquin, the special guest lecturer, will share with the students his experience in the field, and Dr Ashiqur Rahman, President of the Erasmus Mundus Students and Alumni Association (EMA), will provide information related to the association, its pillars and activities. Representatives from some Associated Partners, such as Eurecat, Dolby, Dribia and others, will also be present. 

As part of the event, students will also participate in social activities to share the beginning of this life-changing experience with colleagues and faculty.
