Back Machine Learning and Human Behaviour

In this context of the HUMAINT project and the World Science Day for Peace and Development (November 10th), we will have the opportunity to start an open discussion around aspects linked to the relations between technological development and human behaviour, in the context of some of the research carried out at the Department.

  • Carlos Castillo - algorithmic bias in machine learning, related to the project awarded by Data Transparency Lab
  • Xavier Serra, cultural bias in computational models, linked to the work at the ERC project CompMusic
