The 2016 IEEE International Symposium on Information Theory was held in Barcelona from July 10 through July 15, 2016. IST2016 is co-organised by Albert Guillén i Fàbregas and Alfonso Martínez (Information Theory and Coding Group at DTIC-UPF) and Sergi Verdú (Princeton).
