Felipe Arias Ospina is a PHD student at Universidad Pompeu Fabra (UPF). He holds the Advance Master in Legal Science from UPF, and a Bachelor of Laws from Universidad de los Andes of Colombia. Felipe’s current research is focused on Philosophy of International law and Political Theory.
