In this CORE Session, our speakers will discuss an array of aspects in which Journalism and the Law are deeply intertwined: not only regarding the legal implications of journalistic work, pertaining, for example, to copyright laws and freedom of expression, but also focusing on the ways journalistic work can have an impact on other people’s rights.
