Angel Lozano, Professor in our department, has been awarded an ERC Advanced Grant to conduct the project POSTCELL. The goal of POSTCELL (Post-Cellular Wireless Networks) is to investigate the performance and the fundamental limits of future wireless networks from an information- and communication-theoretic vantage.
2 other professors linked to UPF (Jaume Ventura and Carles Boix) have received Advanced Grants in this same call.
