Registration is open for the 2020 DCEXS-UPF Biomedical Research Symposium, which will take place online on the 20th of October. The symposium will bring together everyone at the Department of Experimental and Health Sciences and everyone interested in Biomedicine is welcome to join. 

Talks by ten national and international speakers will cover a wide range of topics in biomedicine:

• Oscar Marín (King’s College London)

• Tomàs Marquès Bonet (DCEXS-UPF)

• Lorenzo Pasquali (DCEXS-UPF)

• Elena Rivas (Harvard University)

• Jody Rosenblatt (King’s College London)

• Xavier Trepat (IBEC)

The programme will also include a poster session for PhD students, this year on Twitter. 

The DCEXS holds every year, from 2012, a symposium featuring leading topics in biomedical research, such as quantitative biology, genetics or neuroscience. It has been organized by a committee with representatives from all collectives.

The symposium is open to all, but pre-registration is required.
