Chile's Minister of Education, Nicolás Cataldo, announced this Thursday that Ricardo Baeza-Yates had been chosen as the 2024 National Prize for Applied Sciences and Technologies. This merit is awarded to him due to his important role and work on ethics in the use of data and artificial intelligence.
