The workshop was carried out with the presence of researchers, social workers, members of radical groups and gangs. It was organized around short presentations and discussions in small groups mixing gang members, stakeholders and researchers. Both the papers and the discussions revolved around two main topics: a) the attractiveness of these groups to get the recruitment of members and how they manage to keep them in the groups; and b) how the disengagement of these associations can be achieved, hence the RAN EXIT title. The workshop created an environment that favoured contact and synergy among the participants. More information:
