Biography
Elena is a junior researcher at the Research and Expertise Centre for Survey Methodology (RECSM) of Universitat Pompeu Fabra (Barcelona, Spain). Prior to joining the RECSM, she had experience as Mediterranean Programme Trainee at the European Institute of the Mediterranean (IEMed) in Barcelona and worked as research assistant at the Manlio Masi Foundation in Rome.
Elena graduated in International Studies from the University of Trento and holds a master’s degree in Economics and Development from the University of Florence. Her research interests include development economics, poverty and social inequality.
