Agata Maria Kraj will be doing a research stay here for 2 months. Agata is a third year doctoral student at the Bamberg Graduate School of Social Sciences, in Germany. She is a political psychologist, researching factors at different levels of analysis that contribute to women’s engagement in politics. Fosusing on Germany and Poland in her research, she is particularly interested in the role of stereotypes in different shapes and forms that foster/hinder women’s chances of advancing through political ranks.
